Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.  Any returns after the 14 days will be not accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange request is accepted, I will inform you where to send your package. You'll need to arrange for your return shipping and pay the associated costs unless there has been a fault with your item. Products are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to my address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can look into the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than five business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at anitafarkas2@gmail.com
